Arlena Foor
Co-Founder
I have worked in the finance and accounting world for around 7 years, and general business operations for 15 years. I have a deep focus on systems and business processes and I have fostered a love of learning everything I can get my hands on.
As part of co-founding Honest Billing Solutions, I have worked hard to implement systems and collaborate with my fellow co-founders to come up with solutions and ideas that are client centered. I have earned my B.S. in Accounting, I’m a Certified NetSuite Administrator, and I am currently working on my MBA in IT Management. I enjoy helping companies become more efficient and I will work to ensure success with whatever tasks I take on. With only 2 years of health care centric experience, I am excited for this next chapter, and I am very fortunate to partner with an exceptional pair of women who have the experience and know-how in this space. Together, our team has the business acumen to create outstanding client relationships that will foster trust, integrity, and growth.
I was raised in South Texas, then I moved to the Austin area almost 20 years ago. When my nose isn't in a book or watching a webinar, I enjoy spending time with family on the weekends, I love to play tennis with my children, I enjoy hiking, and I like to create art through painting and wood working.
Brandi Zamora

With 15 years of experience working in business management, I have grown by learning so many good traits throughout my career. I have always had a strong driven personality to be successful in all situations and will always go above and beyond. I have worked with startup companies, implementing processes and procedures, ensuring that the companies are within compliance for state and federal guidelines.
Throughout my years, I have learned that honesty, integrity, and dependability is what will bring success to you and your colleagues. I genuinely enjoy bringing happiness to my clients, knowing that I have made their business more successful by listening to their needs and successfully executing them. That is why I am more than honored to co-find Honest Billing Solutions with my colleagues who value the same things as I do.
In my spare time, I love to play board games, complete art projects and play DiscGolf with my friends and family! I have been married for 15 years to my amazing husband and we have 3 beautiful children together. I have always lived in Central Texas and love all the outdoor activities it has to offer!
Stephanie Sugar
Co-Founder
My degree and expertise are in Healthcare Administration. I have worked in the healthcare field for nearly a decade in everywhere from private family and specialty practices to claims processing on the insurance side. My variety of experience brings a unique perspective to medical billing which has always been my passion. I always strive to bring the biggest reimbursement for the physician, and truly believe that when patient care is the greatest priority, financial prosperity is inevitable.
I grew up in South Austin and have witnessed the crazy growth firsthand over the years! I live in Dripping Springs with my husband of 10 years, and our 11-year-old son. Go Tigers! We love the Hill Country and small town feel of Dripping. I am an adventure enthusiast and adrenaline junky who loves the outdoors. I am a go-getter with a strong work ethic and can assure you, you are in great hands! The success I’ve endured throughout my professional career has led me to co-find Honest Billing Solutions with like-minded individuals with well-rounded expertise who truly value the customer.
